I agree with the suggested ID. Moths of Victoria, Part 9 indicates this species is only know as being recorded from Victoria. According to the illustrations on the Part 9 supporting disc it looks like this speciimen is the reddish coloured male. Excellent photo showing the dark line at the base of the forewing.
