The original species description cited is apparently consistent with this side-on image, but I have not seen photos of reliably identified images from life which closely match this one.. I notice presumed known distribution of X. leucophanes shown online on the ALA matches where this specimen was recorded. Therefore I have added X. leocophanes to the NatureMapr taxonomy. I do not see the orange coloured legs here which are evident on the ALA photos of X. leocophanes.
