Asura cervicalis Walker, 1854 It had clearly just emerged, based on the nearby pupa (covered in hairs) and the spot of pinkish-brown fluid expelled after emergence. I think we can attribute the eggs to her as well though they must be infertile if they are indeed her's.

@donhe, Approximation only: they are egg shaped, with the pointed end flattened where they are attached to the leaf, and stand about 0.5mm tall and about 0.4mm at their widest.
