They look a bit more like some kind of aphid? Aphididae (family) (Unidentified aphid)

@DiBlickers and @KimPullen do you think that this could be aphis lugentis - as I gather this recently introduced exotic is a Senecio specialist and there is a large population of a threatened Senecio on the Rock
