_Euonymus australiana_ . Healthy forest mid.–storey tree, well fruiting this season. Fruiting, capsules split open revealing black seeds, with yellow arils (not to confuse with plants in the botanical family Sapindaceae); small tree, beside the raised walkway, rainforest edge, above the north side bank of a sandy rocky creek bed, less shady more light than usual, naturally lack of canopy over head in this creek area. Mossman Gorge, area of the last creek crossed, adjacent to the junction of the end of the short loop track and before reaching the first point from which the main river becomes visible . 2015 April 22nd 12:41–12:44 pm .
