No idea what the id is, orange algae blob with yellow edges

I asked Stephen Skinner of the NSW Herbarium about this record he said "encrusting red or brown alga, if brown possibly a ralfsioid (these are poorly described for Southern Australia and almost undescribed for Eastern Australia) if red Hildenbrandia species."
