Maybe based on the adult foliage, though it looks a bit too wide too often. No, based on the epicormic foliage. It's a bit of a variable thing, and hybrids are common in the very messed-up Nepean populations (mostly x viminalis). I'd lean towards a 'no' based on recent observations and photos taken from the Kedumba population, plus the poor fit with the epicormic foliage (juvenile leaves are often glaucous - dull silvery blue, and aren't as ovate as yours - they're more pointed).

Hi ESP

Thanks for your comments, I'll try and get some better photos in the next couple of days that can show it off a little more. CSIRO got these Camden White Gum seeds from our farm years ago and I actually went down to canberra to pick up these trees up to return them to their natural habitat. I am not experienced at all in taking photos of trees, is there anything you'd like me to photograph in particular that would help with the ID? I can take a tape measure with me?

I've added some sightings from the Kedumba population so you can see the associated photos.
