When I update the species, why can I update everything except 'External information url' ?

Hi donhe. I have noticed this issue too. But I think it may be context sensitive for some reason. That is, if you are a moderator updating the URL entry for a species from the lowest level, ie. a region, it will work, but not always when working from a higher level. Just an hypotheisis on my part. I would like an expert to answer this for us.
