Another apology for less-than-ideal photos. This dragonfly was an all-over brown colour with pale blue / off-white markings on the abdomen, and striking diagonal lines of the same colour on the thorax. The upper legs are also brown, but become black towards the feet. There appears to be a gold-brown edge to the fore-wings. Possibly Blue-Spotted Hawker (Adversaechna brevistyla) ?
