Keyed this out in the Flora of NSW onlin PlantNet botanical key to Croton spp. in NSW.
Note especially:
• the scales all over the leaves, upper and under sides, the under-sides white coloured.
• the two glands at the base of the leaves' laminas each side of where the petiole joins the lamina.
• etc.
