_Mischocarpus lachnocarpus_ 'wooly pear fruit' .
Healthy forest mid.–storey tree, fruits growing well in this individual tree this season, not yet ripe hence not yet opened (dehisced) not seeds with their blue arils yet hanging out of the fruits and showing yet;
and the interesting foliage .
Mossman Gorge, main River, growing beside the major viewing platform, and photographed from it .
