Somewhat like Trismelasmos donovani (Rothschild, 1897) but the white thorax does not fit the original description or that of the synonym Eudoxyla cretosa Lucas, T.P. 1898.
I asked Axel Kallies whether the white thorax specimens were a different species, and received the following "that is entirely possible; Trismelasmos donovani is either very variable or contains a series of species. Certainly there are a few species in the genus that are not described. But at this stage I find the group impossible to solve without molecular data. This specimens is certainly a bit unusual."
