The body colour and shape, and the long dark legs are suggestive of a Humped Golden Orb spider, but this one was busy with what looks like an egg-case (of appropriately golden silk), rather than a conventional orb web. (No web was observed in the immediate vicinity).
@MichaelMulvaney the lower frizzy looking web would be an egg sac, Nephilidae spp. typically construct fuzzy balls in which their eggs are encased. The extra webbing makes it look less like an egg sac tho
