User's notes

Wonderfully (by the way) a pair of wonderful Torres Strait pigeons perching on a frond of one of the many _Cocos nucifera_ coconuts' palms planted in parks and gardens here, along with other horticulturally used palms and plants, a few km's inland from the coastline natural range of coconuts' palms. As elsewhere in cities and towns. Of various coconuts' farming and horticultural varieties, from global distributions. All the same single species, yet not necessarily the same varieties, meta–populations and populations' genetics, as the indigenous varieties, meta–populations and populations' genetics. Manoora Gimuy [Cairns region] . 2025 September 17th 3:50–3:51 pm .
