_Antidesma ghaesembila_ mature trees . Healthy swamp forest population of ca. 30+ sub-canopy trees of this species. Here in this sighting viewing NNW into a gap area, showing part of this population of these trees, especially shown here many trees along the left hand side of this forest gap, including their canopies, habits, trunks and habitat (all shown here in overview at a distance) . Also some of these, moreso shaded sub-canopy trees, have fruits growing, these moreso shaded trees' fruits mostly not yet ripe (these photographs not close enough to show this detail here) . Cairns Swamp, beside McNamara St., Manunda area (Cairns region, Qld.) . 2026 January 23rd 5:17 pm .
