_Diospyros uvida_ mature trees .
Healthy always moist forest lower storey mature (small) trees, fruiting well this season including close–ups showing the calyx and the fruits' surfaces' hairs, canopy foliage and one of the slender hard wood old trunks covered in lichens and so on (all shown here) .
Mossman Gorge, beside the track uphill from end of the suspension bridge towards the lookout to Manjal Dimbi between the River and Rex creek .
