_Lasjia whelanii_ tree .
Healthy always moist lowland tropical rain forest above Rex Creek, just up–stream from the confluence with Mossman River, canopy foliage including some rusty–colourful new foliage growth and some inflorescences in flowering and budding (all shown here) .
