_Endiandra insignis_ fruit . Healthy lowland tropical rain forest, these large, red, ribbed, fruit(s) and their inside, from the canopy tree above on the forest ground below . I wrote a brief name note on an already fallen leaf on the ground next to thus fruit for the visitors to learn a bit of identification from, for fun . Mossman Gorge, long circuit track back part, past the broken down old giant fig and near the buttressed big Karrabina tree . 2022 October 1st 9:18–9:34 am .
