That is the most likely Craspedia at low altitudes in the ACT. However, to confirm any Craspedia sighting at species level, I need to see a photo from the side showing whether the flower head is spherical or hemispherical etc, and photos of the whole plant, and good photos of stem and leaves to see what sort of hairs it has. If possible also a photo showing the bracts (leaflike structures) at the top of the stem and cupping the flower head.
