Looks more like a White-naped Honeyeater, but would really like to see a red eyebrow.
Did it have a red eyebrow?

could not see a red eyebrow, the birds were very high up in the tree and did not stay long.

Definitely not Restless Flycatcher, but not confident enough with White-naped Honeyeater to confirm it.
Other opinions would be helpful.

I agree not a flycatcher of any sort. I would agree with White-naped Honeyeater based on the stance of the bird and the fact they moved on quickly. Were the birds chatty? These birds tend to be very raucous and do a lot of "tserping" when in the trees during migration. Also did you notice a green back? The lack of an eye ring and white stripe makes it hard to be certain but they could just be in shadow.

Yes, I couldn't see a white nape patch, which wade me uncertain about whether it was a White-naped Honeyeater or not. The fact that they were high up in the treetops makes me think it is this species, though.

the birds didn't hang around long enough to hear or get a real good look at them just long enough to get 2 pics.

In the second pic, it appears to have raised its crown - which would be in favour of Restless Flycatcher
