Lots of these flowering in the forest, not sure which species of Goodenia.

Goodenia heterophylla.
There are three subspecies, check leaves, hairs, etc. in the key.

More likely to be subsp. eglandulosa, which definitely starts off sprawling. Were the leaves sticky? Subsp. eglandulosa does not have gland-topped hairs. Subsp. heterophylla does, so is sticky.

I agree this likely to be subsp. eglandulosa. I have reported same from Dolphin Point just north. Sprawling, then ascending herb, but not shrubby and white simple hairs. Leaves as described exactly as in Plantnet Key.
