Is it a Lipogya Sp?

This is a clearly a very worn Geometridae sp. moth. I do not see wing markings to suggest Lipogya, but I see wing markings not inconsistent with Phelotis cognata. The shape of the crown of the head and the antennae strongly suggests Phelotis cognata to me.
