It looks most like Litoria peronii, including what appears to be the distinctive feature of a criss-cross pupil. However due to the image quality it's hard to give a positive ID for this sighting beyond doubt. Other features ideally needed to confirm this species are tiny, emerald-green specks on the dorsum and yellow and black blotches in the groin, which can't be seen in the photo provided.
