I favour Rhuma sp. . There seems to be no green colouration which most Aelochroma spp. show. There are several specimens called Rhuma sp. which are very similar on the ALA, see https://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:biodiversity.org.au:afd.taxon:342f4f76-bccf-47a5-89ef-9b5f2301853b#overview

I agree, more likely to be Rhuma sp. See MOV 4 for more details on this genus and the need for more research.
