That looks similar to Luke's at http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/psyc/psychy.html You will note that in http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/psyc/psyc-cases.html we only have illustrations of cases from 13 out of the 25 named genera of Psychidae in Australia. So there is no way to guess which genus this belongs to. The only hope is to rear it to an adult moth.
