It would appear, as they are on the same tree that they most probably are the same species. The other Pyronema that I've seen on the trees is that rich golden one. It is difficult with our paucity of knowledge and not being able to look at spores to be 100% certain. Though if we group them into the listed groups maybe at some stage someone will have the facilities to look for some spores and give us more certainty. Are you aware of how long after the fire you recorded your images?

Thanks for that. That seems to be a long period of time for this genus, though if things were dry and there has now been some rain that may have triggered this fungus into action.
