One of the 4 specimens on Bold Systems 4 shows the white spot in the forewing as shown in the second image.

I think that C. cataphaea has much more 'bubbly' edges to the forewing dark band than this specimen.
I think it is more likely C. heteroleuca, which has the white spots, and yellowish hindwings.

Yes, the two criteria you suggest seem more indicative of C. hetereoleuca from what I can see on Bold Systems 4. And suggesting this is a female rather than a male. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/7410809
