This moth was perfectly matched in colour to the leaves on the forest floor, from both above and below. even with dark dots like mould on the uneven wings. Anyone have a name for it?

thanks Kerri ,.. I have some other images where maybe the abdomen isn't so on the side.?./

interesting difference to note anyway. not sure that I could ever spot one again. this was a bit of a coincidence with my stopping on a walk just where it was resting. It stayed there all day, so was able to show my friend at the end of the day !. thats what made me think it was a moth ..resting for night flight
