User's notes

At least ten seals were resting on the rocks beside the inlet at Wagonga Head, Narooma. There appeared to be two species present perhaps sheltering due to the rough seas that day, Australian Fur Seals and NZ Fur Seals. Here I have attempted to separate out the Australian Fur Seals, which have a rounder muzzle and less steeply rising forehead. Is my ID correct?

Another image has been added to show the head profile as viewed from the side, to assist in identification. This seal appears to have a forehead with a gradual rise.
