I'm about 98% sure of this id after looking at the stems which have Cortinarius characteristics, that webbed cortina and what appears to be some coloured spores lodged there. Also this is a genus that tends to come towards the end of the season. You are recording a good range of fungi from these burnt areas. Thank you.
