Any chance of rearing a couple?

Hi Don, We've already had this conversation. See Conoeca guildingi (A case moth) though maybe I will try to collect another as a backup

@donhe Is it possible that these moths feed on bark? All the ones I've found have been on tall tree trunks with no leaves in low proximity. I'll collect some bark and add it as the moth I have doesn't seem to want to eat any of the different species of leaves I added.

They are probably feeding on lichen on the bark.

Thanks. I'll try to find some lichen instead.

@GlennCocking I think you are right. I collected a second specimen yesterday as well as some bark. The first one spent days roaming all over the container. Today, both are happily attached to the bark. Perhaps I should try this with other case moths as well.

It likely applies to a lot of the Lepidoscia, and also Cebysa, but not the larger psychids.
