I have suggested Polyzosteria mitchelli for this species based on the photograph in "A Guide to Cockroaches of Australia" by David Rentz p174

Thanks Mr T I recall someone mentioning that name shortly after I took the pic some years ago. Those pale blue legs really blew me away; such beauty in a cockroach!
