User's notes

on our way out today we noticed a young Magpie on the fence with a sleepy adult in our Gum Tree, we were being introduced to the beautiful new fledgling so couldn't be rude and not say hi. Saw the other adult go back up high in the other tree so they may have another one not quite ready. Update 11 Oct 2012 both parents seen out today with 2 fledglings begging for food. Our Magpies are very good at finding worms and other goodies in our lawn. Have watched them sitting on our clothesline looking down, next thing they swoop down and quickly excavate and pull a worm out, amazing how they can do that.
