I'm inclined to think this is P. diemeni ('Gap-lined Pantydia') because of the ''thin pale submarginal undulating line, not reaching the costa or hind-margin, on each forewing'(see LBH). .
Ian, for mine the submarginal line in diemeni has a dips inwards towards the base around the midpoint, in sparsa it runs fairly straight from the hind-margin bending towards the base at around 3/4 its length. I think the shape is more important. in my image it is close to the costa and hard to see but in the top wing it may trail off to be close to the hind-margin
