How long of an exposure did you need to get the photo of the plant glowing?

Hi Matt, for the photo in this sighting I had an exposure time of 30 seconds and the ISO speed was 500.
However, for sighting https://southcoast-nsw.naturemapr.org/sightings/4434988, I had an exposure time of around 10 seconds, but the ISO speed was 1250. I should probably experiment a bit more with the settings.
