The separation of L. loeflingii for blue-flowered forms of L. (Anagallis) arvensis is based on a single 2022 paper with, in my judgement, somewhat inconclusive evidence. The name L. loeflingii has not yet been accepted in the Australian Plant Census, and my sense is that the broader circumscription of L. arvensis is likely to stand until the work of Jiménez-López can be tested and verified.
