Merged into P. furva. ALA prefers P. furva. What about the common name, is that ok?

I've updated the common name to what I think it used to be, @Tapirlord does this mean other Speculantha species should be updated as well

Common name is as good as any, like many names associated with orchids it is not used universally. Luke, I think this is all we should change at this stage.
