User's notes

A very large weed infestation by this Black Nightshade currently, commonly growing under Native Cherry (Exocarpus) trees. This morning our Fomm Volunteers removed this large pile (as in Pic), representing 3 hours work by around 7 Volunteers. All around the Clancy's Track area there are 1000's of these Nightshades, heavily laden with ripe purple berries, just waiting for Bird assisted dispersal. We had a similar infestation of this Nightshade around 3-4 years ago. It's come back with a vengeance unfortunately. Many berries have already shed/ dropped to the ground at this location (which sre not possible/ practicable to retrieve anymore).
