I'm not sure this fits Ectropis (genus). The concave costa and overall shape of the moth suggests otherwise. No antennae visible. The moth looks vaguely familiar, I've looked high and loew, but I cannot for the life of me suggest a match.
iNaturalist's AI feature suggests Ennominae subfamily, including E. excursaira which i doubt is correct and nominating spp. such as Menophra, and Dasyboarmia genera which look similar but are different and are SE Asian species.
