I’m wondering if this qualifies as a grass. A wirey and slightly tufty plant with what looks like will open to be a white flower. (The unopened flower buds, are (unclearly) depicted in Photos 1 & 5). The shape of the buds is more like what I associate with dicots rather than grasses, but I welcome having misconceptions corrected!
