Thanks Teresa. It was eye-level and sticking out over the path, and looked pretty spesh. Couldn’t help taking a snap.

This might be an immature Omphalotus nidiformis but I did once collect a different orange-ish Omphalotus/Pleurotus at Jervis Bay.
