Fisera phricotypa Turner, 1919?

Could this be F. bradymorpha ? It has the dark line down the thorax, 2 rows of dark dots on forewings plus pale dark spot. Some BOLD specimens have a bit of a hook on the wing tip.

Roughly coincides with the photo for a F. phricotypa female:-

however there no row of four? dots 1/3 from base of forewing (as in this sighting) in the LBH photo as there are for F. bradymorpha on Bold Hobern.

Also the Bold Hobern specimens for P. phricotypa don't show outer forewing dots as for this sighting, see above, rather a ziig zag pattern or a diffuse faint line.
This suggests to me this sighting may be F. bradymorpha or some other Fisera spp.
