I think this is Melanophyllum haematospermum. Do an image search online and see if you agree. This species needs to be added to the taxon database, I will see what is involved and try to get this up and we can properly identify it. It is an interesting one that I have had my eye out for but never seen.

Psathyrella echinata grows on wood, hence my suggestion from your images. However after looking at your suggestion you may well be correct with Melanophyllum haematospermum but without spore prints and possible micro examination I hesitate to go further.
