User's notes

I watched a single female feeding high, above a dam, from 4.50 - 5.20pm. She flew off east. At this time of day, a single female indicates she may be nesting. About 10 mins later, I came across another single female, which I suspected was the same female. At the same time in the area there two pairs flying into wooded areas. Of note is the unique feather colouring of the female - back feathers thickly edged with white, giving a wave formation (seen in the fourth photo, which was taken from a distance)
