I agree Wendy, this moth certainly has more scalloping than Parepisparis virgatus, a species that usually has darker colouration towards the tips of the upper wing. Parepisparis excusata usually has a more defined second scallop which this moth doesn't have. However, the specimens of Circopetes obstusata that I have encountered do not have the yellow colouring of this moth.

It also has the two dots close together near the outher edge of each forewing.

All the C. obtusata I see online are grey.
I see these pair of dots on the oter forewing repeated in othee specimens of P. virgatua but not for C. obtusata,

Yes Ian, all the Cicopetes obtusata I've seen are grey.
