Are you using a computer or something else?
I only know how to do it on a computer. Go to this record. Click green edit button top RHS. Select the image(s) - drag and drop into 'Media' section. When it/they appear as thumbnails go to bottom of the form/record and click green 'Update sighting' bottom LHS of page.
When creating a new record you select drag and drop them the same.
I hope this works. If you are using the App I have no idea.
