Lenkunya munda (A flatworm)

A very beautiful flatworm. In fact Lenkunya means beautiful, refering to all members of the genus, and its species name munda means nice and neat.

It is a common species although very hard to find unless you go walking along creeks at night with a spotlight. It hides in soil cracks in creek banks and dam banks during the day, as well as the usual flatworm habitats in forests such as under logs.
