Cryptic and nationally restricted. This is a very nice sighting

Looks like Viola hederacea subsp. curtisiae but I can't select that in the taxonomy list. Growing in a dolerite rock crevice.

I think V. curtisiae might even have been split, so will wait to see if Ciaran has anything to say on that

Thanks Beth, upon a little bit of digging this looks like pretty safe V.curtisiae (now it's own species as per De Salis 2019). I'll add in a tick, and then i think a significant sighting is in order!
