No. I don't think dot pattern matches A. decaspila on BOLD specimens, nor the dark mark through eye & 'shoulder'. I am now wondering if it may be Eulechria sp.? But again none quite matches dots or eye stripe. The pale longitudinal line down the wing with enclosed dots, splitting as it approaches the apex occurs in several Eulechria sp.

Atalopsis heniocha has a black face and spots?

good suggestion but I'm not convinced. Atalopsis heniocha has 'hairy' head and tucks it under, mine is very smooth. Mine also has much more dark markings on wings
