This moth haS very prominent palps suggesting to me it may be a member of the Barea group of Oecophorid moths. the moth has a prominent dark collar and I'm not sure I can see the striped antennae typical of the Garrha (genus), I do not think it matches G. rubella.Llooks similar to Cirrograpta sporadica, but lacks the spotting pattern of that species at the outer margins of the forewing.

Looks similar Diaphanta adocima but I'm not sure it matches that species either.

Palps look to me like Depressariidae, maybe Psorosticha sp.

Possibly Eulechria rhymodes Meyrick, 1914 or Eulechria delospila Turner, 1916
